PRINCE2 7 restructured the method, and the Foundation exam followed - the old "7 themes" material is now 7 practices, and a whole people element was added that older study guides simply don't have.
The exam is closed book, 60 questions in 60 minutes, and it tests the method's exact vocabulary: which of the 7 principles a scenario illustrates, what each practice owns, which process a given activity belongs to, and the management products that flow between them. The wrong answers are always neighbouring PRINCE2 terms, so near-enough knowledge scores near-zero.
