How to Request a Refund

2. Attach a clear copy of your official failed exam transcript.
3. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

1. If you change your mind after purchase.
2. If you accidentally purchase the wrong product.
3. If no valid exam transcript is provided.
